Lost process recipes

Hi all,

I have lost all of my process recipes, they have been replaced by "standard Capture One" ones.
Does anybody know where they are stored and their extension, as I intend to import my old ones ?

  They are .xml files.
  
  But I don't know if it works, but look into '~/Library/Application Support/Capture One/Recipes100/' (if you are using v10) and try putting them into '~/Library/Application Support/Capture One/Recipes110/'.
