Accented characters in Capture One (6.3.2)

Accented characters in directory names (well, I haven't tested them all, but certainly some) seem to prevent Capture One (6.3.2) from reading the folder. I had a folder called Baños (Spanish 'ñ', character 0241). I got a message that it contained no images. This was the same whether the folder resided on my Windows Hard Disk or on a file server.

    Which version and language of Windows are you using, and language of CO6?

    And when you changed the accented character into one without, did CO6 read the images?

    Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit, Service Pack 1.

    When I changed the accented character back into one without, CO6 read the images without problems. I repeated the test a few times with the same results.

    I have now submitted a support request - nothing significant received in reply apart from a promise to 'forward it to our programmers'. I hope that it is fixed in a future update though.
