    Vance,
How are the topics of shooting wirelessly and Capture One 'connected'?

    Paul,
I didn't assume those issues were connected I was just trying to provide all pertinent background information that may be of interest. Do you know if there is a way I can get my camera to write to my card when I am using Capture One?

    Thanks,
    Vance

In general if you shoot tethered the memory card in the camera is not used. Instead, the computer's hard disk is the camera's storage. I am not aware of a way to let the camera save the image to the CF card too while using tethered operation with Capture One Pro.

However, you could use EOS Utility in combination with Capture One. EOS Utility allows you to save the images on the memory card as well during remote shooting (=tethered operation). It is a preference setting. EOS Utility allows you full control over camera settings as a bonus. But working with Capture One only is a more streamline and slick solution I think.
