invalid licence code (urgent situation!)

    I don't have a Mac, but Capture One site states that:

    Fastspring subscriptions are supported since Capture One 11.3.2 onward and allow customers to use Capture One from the version 11.3.2 to the latest one.


    Version 11.3.2 is supported from 10.11.6 El Capitan to 10.14.1 Mojave

    For what I understand you can use it on your OS. Maybe you have a previous version of 11 and need to update it to 11.3.2.

    I entered the link you have given to download the latest capture one 11 version just in case if the one already installed on my computer has a problem and the page asked me my email and I entered my address which I access this forum and my phase one account and I got this message "profile id not set in session. Please contact Phase One support" I have no idea what the problem is but I wish to contact with someone who can enter the system with my order confirmation code and licence code and tell me what is wrong and how can it be fixed.

    Can you try to login to your account on the My Account page, or does that give the same error?

    Well somehow I managed to log in and download the latest capture one 11 version and installed it and this one accepted my serial code and activated.
