    Is there any way to contact support?
    Online chat, telephone, skype, whatapp?
    My Capture One has been deactivated (I don't know why?) and I can't activate it back!
    There is no information about it and as I'm trying to manage my profile I got into the loop (activate account via email, trying to activate it, and it doesn't work and I need to reactivate it again).
    Please help!

    This is where you create a Support Case.

    If you are a Phase One camera user you have other routes available.

    Are you a subscription customer or do you have a perpetual license?

    If perpetual license do have a recent upgrade to C21 that may be a factor of some sort?

    You have posted this in a part of the forum for very old versions - does that mean you had been using an activation for a very old version?
