Feature request: Batch file renaming undo function
So, unknowingly, I marked ALL the photos, thus overwriting all the filenames I had spent the better part of an hour getting right.
Aaaaargh! ☹️
So I just found out the hard way that "Undo" doesn't work for this function. From now on this is at the top of my list of wanted features...
(And just in case, please don't suggest I should have used TimeMachine or other backup software (I use ARQ5) and just restored in this event, the backup wouldn't have had the time to complete in the time it took me to rename these files, so not an option)

Batch rename function is SUPER good until you do not make a mistake. Via find/replace function it is easy to fix repeating string. But totally impossible to fix messed numbering since every image have unique number. AT the same time there is no way to use external "BulkRenameUtility". So good luck renaming 1500 images one by one after wrongly set counter ...
What I like to do is order project images how I like them (manual mode), than add counter to "fix" them in place by name. Since my weddings are shot with different cameras it is essential to set them in correct order. Than throughout editing process many images are rejected and I end up with many numbers missing. I do not want to give such "incomplete" list of images to customer. Thus I need to rename all images again in order to have them with consecutive numbers. It is crucial that customer and I have same numbering order in the end so we can easily agree on print orders or else.
Capture One does not allow to "REPLACE 1st X characters" or something, to shave off initial numbering and replace it with new one.
One of TWO must be done: Either allow external renaming and C1 have to figure out link to renamed files without hassle, or improve Batch Rename function to allow more flexibility.1
