Error opening sessions - "The fim curve [...] was not found"
Hi all!
- Windows 7 64 bit, COP 7.0, 8 GB RAM
- I try to open an old 6.4.1 session
- A message appears saying something to upgrade this session
- I click on okay
- Then I want to browse through the fotos and a window "Ereignisse" (=events) appears
- Error message is "The fim curve [...] was not found"
- I used different film curves in my old 6.x sessions
- Unpossible to browse through the files because the windows appears when I browse from file to file
Can somebody help?
Peter

Can you tell us more about that? Did you use non-standard film curves?0 -
Hi Paul!
- I can´t tell you more about as what I wrote in my first mail
- And yes, I used different fim curves. Sometimes "Portrait", sometimes "Extra shadow"

The best thing to try is installing CO 7.0.1, if you haven't tried that already?
If your issue still persist, open a Support Case.
Be sure to include a sample raw file (one that fails on your configuration).0 -
I used to experience this on the first debut version of version 7. Since I installed 7.0.1, I am not seeing this anomaly. Try to install 7.0.1 as Christian suggested. [quote="Christian Gr" wrote:

Hi everybody!
- Still struggeling (???) with the problem
- I can send you a screenshot if you want
- But I will give 7.0.1 a try
- What is the best way to install 7.01? De-install 7.0 first?

I don't know if there is a best way.
I just downloaded 7.01 and installed it on top of 7.0, and it worked just fine. I have always down it that way with no problems. A few others have seemed to have issues, however.
