    solved first question : to process all selected pictures the "1" box on top has to be grey not orange .

    Use quickproof and it will be blazing fast. Doing it at the end of a shot or end of the day also means that the jpegs will match all the edits and changes to color/exposure you do, not just what the camera was set to at the point of capture.
