can I tether to a Sony Ar7 or do I need to capture through the Sony Remote Capture and move it
to CO will it work similar to Light Room with a watched folder0 -

There is no tether support in CO7 for the Sony cameras. You can use another tool as you already suggested. You can use the Hot Folder feature in CO7 to watch the folder for incoming images.0 -
I tried doing the Hot Folder and it works but the only problem is that when I take the picture it doesn't auto select the new capture. I have the setting up top under the camera setting to select new capture immediately and it doesn't do it. Am I doing something wrong? 0 -
Wondering what's going on with this. The Sony A7R is an important camera and tethering is very important and critical to our workflow. What's the holdup on the Sony? I think in the next few months, it will be my camera of choice for architecture. 0 -

Did you make the hot folder also the Capture Folder?0 -
