What is the difference between "JPEG High" and "JPEG Medium"

I have looked for this everywhere, but looks like I'm the only one who doesn't understand:

What is the difference between "JPEG High" and "JPEG Medium" on the Process tab of Capture One LE? Assume it's the same as in other versions of the software too. High gives much bigger file sizes, but I haven't figured out what it's doing differently.

Is it worth using High? If so, under what circumstances?

  It stands for high and medium quality. As you probably know, JPEG works with is a lossy compression algorithm. The more compression, the smaller the file, the lower the quality.
  
  For archiving and printing use high quality. For web use medium.
