    Yes please +1
    I raised a Support Case. 😊
    #223222 back on 12th July 2016.

    It is marked Solved!.
    Me thinks NOT.
I really do hate the PhaseOne triage terms they need to revise them.

I wonder if it's marked solved because its fixed in the development version they are working on for the next release?

the word solved mean that that Support Case is solved from a Support Team perspective. They have put the request forward to respective feature-request, and thus their job is done.

With regards to compressed raw, then it is not forgotten, but we have a few challenges, that we need to overcome, before the support for the format can become a reality.

    Thanks Christian.
I think I can speak for others on the forum when I say it is very nice to hear informal comments back from PhaseOne team on our questions, issues and enhancements. Providing this additional information does 'cost' PhaseOne in lost development time but I think you gain hugely in the PR side. 😉

I look forward to testing the new functionality in beta or final code.
I hope that XT2 support will be there as my new camera is due to arrive in exactly 30 days!
    😄

Then I guess it would be wise on your part to mark such cases as "Request registered" or something, instead of "Solved". From the perspective of the user filing the support case, "solved" means "solved", and it makes him/her think that the case is closed and you won't be working on it at all.

    Just my 2 cents…

    [getting slightly off-topic]

I fully agree with these comments. From the end-user perspective, PhaseOne is a single entity, and the support cases are the only official contact with that single entity. We shouldn't know how the internal structure of the company is to understand the states that are set to our cases. With the current definition, "Solved" could mean that the issue will actually be solved in a next release, or that it has been rejected by marketing or R&D ("too much work" & "no business case").

Clear communication is worth a lot!

    Cheers,
    Peter.

I just wanted to add my request/vote for full support of the X-Pro/X-T2 compressed raw as well as support for the lens corrections including the newer Fuji lenses. I was surprised to see that the 35mm f2 is not fully supported even for the X-1 raw files.

Support of the Fuji X-2 raw files, including lossless compressed files, on at least a par, preferably better, with what has been provided for the X-1 raw files is mandatory for Capture One to be a viable raw processing tool for Fuji raw images.

I enjoy using Capture One, I sure hope that PhaseOne can work through theses transitional challenges. Like many othe Fuji/Capture One users, I am waiting for the delivery of my X-T2. To be candid , I am concerned.

    Thanks

I also look forward to support for newer Fujifilm lenses, for compressed RAW, and for X-T2 files.

I switched to Capture One because I shoot Fujifilm professionally and was dissatisfied with Adobe's rendering.

As I understand it Fuji include lens distortion and vignetting data in the RAW file metadata and Phase One use this data for lens correction in Capture One.

Just wanted to chime in here. X-Pro2 / X-T2 support for compressed RAW is badly needed. Pretty please.
@phaseone: maybe you can draw some inspiration from here https://github.com/LibRaw/LibRaw
