Capture one 7 full editing

Hi all, new to the forum, new to capture one. My question is moving from Lightroom,can capture one be used more than just a RAW editor. Can I do skin softening, eye sharpening and just use it as my main editor and not have to send it to another editor like Lightroom to finish the photo.
