How can i cancel my prescription ?

even this support form sucks, capture one was 1 big mistake. i ended up using it just for trethed studio shoots and using lightroom for actual finishing

  Hi Robert,

  To cancel your subscription, please log in to your account at captureone.com and go to the Order history section.

  

   

  Then enter your e-mail used to purchase your monthly subscription.

  

   

  To cancel the subscription plan, disable the auto-renew function by pressing Manage and choose Cancel subscription from the drop-down list in your FastSpring account.

  Oh, and, "prescriptions" are what physicians give you for drugs.  "Subscriptions" are what you are looking to get rid of.

  Auch ich möchte mein Abo kündigen. Hierbei wird mir,wenn ich auf Abo kündigen möchte nur eine Emailadresse angegeben, an die ich mich wenden soll. 

  Das tat ich vor mehr als 24 Stunden, bisher ohne Reaktion.
