    I am having the same problem. When I request an update a messagebox appears stating: "Server Connection Error. An error occurred while trying to get product information. A connection to the server could not be established." ....

    I have tried disabling my firewall, and doing a re-install. No change.

    Tengo el mismo o similar problema. En mi caso intento activar la licencia que compre ayer y al intentar obtener el perfil me dice que no se ha podido conectar con el servidor. También e desinstalado y reinstalado el programa, desactivado el antivirus, reiniciado el PC, todo ello sin éxito. Decir también que intento resetear mi historial de mis activaciones a través de la web y tampoco funciona. Por favor, necesito una solución URGENTEMENTE

     

     

    I have the same problem. In my case I try to activate the licence I bought yesterday and when I click to get the profile it says It has been impossible to connect to the server. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the program, closed the antivirus, restarted the Pc, but the problem remain. In addition, I also tried to reset my activation history through the web and either it doesn't work. PLEASE I NEED A SOLUTION URGENTLY

    Ich bekomme auch eine Meldung, dass eine Serververbindung nicht hergestellt werden konnte sobald ich nach Updates suchen möchte. Hab ein Request gestellt...

    I have same issue. When I check updates, the below message showed.

    I checked firewall, security software but cannot find solution.

    Now I am communicating with support desk but not solve yet.

    Really sick and tired of loosing time trying to solve latest activation issues.

    If you deliver an update , costumers assumes that you have gone through a quality check, but it looks like this has not been done.

    I am one of the many that are experiencing the above issue , this does not let the software to upgrade, actually, it downgraded it to  ver 13.1.3.13 without any notice.

    Please solve this as monthly payment is regularly make!

    Note: the above suggested solutions have not worked at all.
