Just updated to Big Sur and all SEEMS to be well with C1Pro 20. Note I do not use the tethering so that I can't speak to.

Same here. No problems so far. C1 runs its video hardware acceleration test on startup, like it basically always does after updating either C1 or the OS, and that's it. I don't tether either so no comments on that.

Everything seems to work fine, tested tethering with my Sony A7RIV.

Installed the new Apple OS11 and CO 20 works fine. Note that I do not use thethered shooting etc. Also I feel things respond a litle snappier. Mind that I work with sessions only. Max amount of images is about 3000 per session.

Once CO21 will come out I will start with a clean OS install.

Currently when I open a session it seems to rebuild previews every time when I open an existing session. Even if I opened it just before it always rebuilds previews. My thinking is that it is related to the actual RAW file . My Leica M240 files (DNG is standard for Leica) are always being rebuilt/upgraded but it does not seem to do this with RAW files from Nikon D850.

Tethering with Canon 5D mk IV is NOT working for me.

Camera is not recognised. Canon support says to wait for updates.  : /

    Everything was good with Catalina...

Tethering is not working for me for my Phase one P series back on a MBP, As soon as it i attach the wire there is a major system crash and forced reboot.

C21 has the same issue, so i leaning towards it being a OS issue.

    My Nikons work no problem.

The support site says, "Capture One will support Big Sur - macOS 11.0 with the upcoming releases of Capture One 21 and Capture One 20 [13.1.4] to be released later in 2020." If so, a release for those not needing to update from C120 (13.1.3) should be available within 18 days.

Also of concern, the current version of Big Sur has been reported to cause problems with some iMacs as recent as 2017 and Mac Book Pros as late as 2019, according to the Wikipedia entry, which also reports firewall breaches with some programs. How common this problem is was not reported. Going to the Apple store for service if your computer is bricked or wonky during Covid could be worrisome.

Given the limited number of new features in C1 21 and the solid performance of OS 10.15, it might be worth waiting to upgrade to Big Sur on Intel Macs until C1 13.1.4 and OS 11.1 are available.
