    Hi Immo,

This is a user-to-user forum, and not the "Capture One team" !

How did you save your toolbar ? It is necessary to click "Done" in the toolbar customization window, but also to save your workspace.

C1 should open to the same toolbar that was active the last time you quit C1. If that's not what's happening, all I can suggest is to rebuild C1's preferences. Doing so, however, means you'll have to reset all preferences the next time you open the program. If you decide to do this, I'd suggest simply moving the preference files to your Desktop (so you can reinstall them if the experiment fails), open C1, recreate your preference settings and see if it works.

And if that fails, file a Support Request.

    Hi Robert, hi Abbott,

Thanks for your input, I also did not realize it's a user-to-user forum.

I click done in that window, but it does not change anything. everything I did in there is forgotten the next time. I will check if I really want to reset all the preferences, or just pull in the standard toolbar upon opening the app every time.

    Best regards

    Immo

Yes, I did. but sometimes it's there and sometimes not. It's random. Right now it works.

I have this problem as well. From time to time C20 starts with the default setting instead of the my saved workspace.
