Time to cancel

A few years ago I went in for the subscription so that I "would always have the latest version" but now you are telling me that I need to double up on my subscription so that I will actually have the latest version. It was a nice run but I cannot support a company that blanketly lies to its users like this.

  If you have an active subscription, you do not have to buy any additional license to get to the latest version. Maybe you had a perpetual license in the past. I suggest you contact support. This user-to-user forum can not help you with licensing issues.
