All controls greyed out C1 21

I was having a problem with every time I opened C1 it would make me ad the key code. I erased all copies and re downloaded it now when I open a project  or new session the photos come in but all the controls are greyed out. If I try and re import photos they just double up. Tried new sessions and new catalogs the same thing.

  Have you logged into your C1 account and manually deactivated your copies?

  Maybe JPG or tiff editing is deactivated in settings?

  Gary,

  The activation code controls various aspects of functionality - such as which camera manufacturers are supported for example. (Also whether one is using a time limited trial activation code of course).

  Can you confirm what you activation code is intended to support compared to what you are trying to import and edit.

  Also which C1 "Product" you are using. Pro, (for Sony), etc.  Express?
