CO 21 Subscription cancels all previous permanent version Authorization Codes?

I am VERY disappointed!  I just purchased CO 21 via a subscription.  After activation I am now unable to use CO20 or 12 on any machine.  This is crippling!!!

What can I do?

    My understanding is that once you upgrade your license is allocated to C1 21? The only thing to suggest is logging into your capture one account and taking a look at the activations page and see what's listed.

    You can use the code given to you when you purchased Capture One 21 with your previous versions.  Fire up Capture One 20 or Capture One 12, paste in your Capture One 21 code and you're good to go.
