According to Nikon Rumors you'll have to wait till the end of month ...

"Capture One will add support for the latest Nikon Z6 II and Z7 II cameras at the end of the month (January 2021):

“We’ve been receiving many requests for support for Nikon Z6II and Z7II – so we’re letting you know ahead of time that we will now be adding support for these cameras. It will be included in the upcoming Capture One 21 service update to be released by the end of this month which will include various new supported cameras and bug fixes.”"

The Z6II was released (I mean available to buy) in the 2nd week in November in most places. The Z7 II was released around december 18th.

I did a quick compare between Adobe dng version of some of my pics and the default raw processing in Capture one. I am happy I am using CaptureOne. Supporting is one thing, doing a good job a completely different one. Assuming that CaptureOne get's camera's in advance is most likely not true, so they need to stay in line, get a camera, test it, tweak their converters to get good results. This takes time.

But thumping your chest and demanding a refund in 48 hours. I wish i would see how that goes, given the fact that you knew what you were paying for.

    F.
