Urgent Response Needed re 'License Key Invalid' for Capture One 21 Subscription
I have not been able to access my C1 21 Subscription upgrade for a week and I have urgent client work that needs doing. Nobody has responded to my ticket request number 76760 dated 1/14/21, nor my follow-up e-mail of 1/18.
I paid for the C1 21 subscription on January 11th right before updating my MAC to Big Sur. Once I was updated to Big Sur, I downloaded V21 but my new license key is invalid (as per the screenshot below).
The order number in the e-mail receipt I received for V21 is: CO210111-8540-36999. This order does not appear in my Order History for my account.
Kindly respond today.
