    Nothing.

Two weeks before you get a reply from Support.

Or... you are at the right place - the users community is active and helping. We actually do their job. For free.

LOL.... Thank you! Here is my issue. I am trying to sign the license agreement, but it is too large for my computer window, so the very bottom where you click "agree" isn't visible. It's not a setting on my computer because this is the only time it happens.

If you are on a Mac, press Apple 0 (command - zero)

It should fix the screen size

I tried it. It din't work. Thank you for getting back to me. This is the only time this has ever happened. I am on a MacBook laptop. I can't figure this out and it's making me nuts.

Therefore I can't sign the agreement to access Capture one. Very frustrating.

Looks like they forgot a scroll bar...

I think if it were smaller or I could scroll down it would be there. It's like its just too large. Odd! I really do appreciate your help.

Best advice would be to post that on Twitter - you will get a "generic" answer from their Community Manager, but if you can get enough traction from other users with similar problems, it (sometimes) forces them to move..

I will try that and I very much appreciate your help.

It is pretty wild that the capture One users are doing the support. Maybe they new this would alleviate the pouring of question they didn't want to deal with?

Sorry I can't be of more help.

I guess you already tried to "widen" the text window, and that it is fixed ?
Or changing the resolution of your screen, hoping to "force" it to show scroll bars ?

I cant widen the text window, and when I tried changing the resolution of the screen the license agreement didn't budge.

For the moment, the generally accepted idea here (compared to the past), is they they turned into a cash-machine. Charging the max, delivering the min.

We all hope that is just a transition. If not, they might feel pretty alone soon, as you can read from other subjects here. Including those openly listing alternatives to C1P.

Yes, I can see how they will be losing a lot of customers. Right now they seem to be the best option for tethering. That is keeping them in business. Their lack of giving a shit is unreal.

Well, then you are stuck, I am afraid..

PS: It is rather strange, though, as I tried on my old MacPro running Mojave, and I have scroll bars AND the "OK" button.

Actually, for tethering, I use the good old Nikon Camera Control Pro.

Not the most sophisticated (by far), but rugged and efficient. Never let me down.

    Sure.

    Good luck

(Browse this forum searching for keyword "Catalina" - perhaps that will yield something useful.)

I hope it still supports the D850 (they update it rather regularly for an old software, so maybe .. My D5 is supported, and its from the same period) . Here it is: https://imaging.nikon.com/lineup/software/control_pro2/

And searching further, D850 indeed IS still supported.

Wonderful. Capture One clearly new this forum would take the burden off of them. Thanks again.

when you have access to a monitor ( with more resolution)  connect it to you mac then move the menu bar to the external monitor and start c1, should solve your problem.
