    You'd need to tell us a lot more if we are to offer suggestions.

    • Is this the latest release of Capture One?
    • Which version - Pro, Express, the dedicated version for a particular camera manufacturer (Fuji, Nikon etc)?
    • What version of MacOS, on what sort of computer?
    • Are the images from a supported camera?
    • Can you see the images, but the controls are greyed out, or can't you see the images at all?
    • Where have you imported them to?

    Would you go to a doctor, say "I'm not well" and nothing else, and expect a good outcome?
