    I have this problem as well, it happened in last version and still happen in this version. It happens quite often like 1 in 2-3 times I open C1.

    Michael,

    If you are only using the generic, automatic crash report produced by the system I would suggest that you change tot he "Submit a request" option and provide the Support Team with the Log Files, etc. that the support system will prompt for.

    That way should get the potential for some personalised support for you particular situation.
