The update to 21 (14.3) is a disaster
Either I'm too stupid or there is a bug in the program. after updating to 21 (14.3) I get an error message while processing. In addition, the tool registers are partially demolished. (three times a circle with a call sign). The output tool register is empty. If I remove it, there is nothing more to add ???? Where do you actually set the jpg size or switch to tiff? Or change the output folder? or naming the output file? Something is crazy ???? I'm now back to 21 (14.2) that works again

Yes, all the professionals are enraged by these changes.
The developers need to see the error in this.

We agree. They should not have realease that "update".. I hope they will comminicate soon about that.
For now, it's safe to downgrade to/keep the safe 14.2.x until they react.
Team up!

@BARTEK....Thanks for the hint. Now the question arises as to how I can get rid of the message and not have to press OK every time. The message translated "The selected defaults are not used for processing because they are not active. Press ok to continue" ... Because of that I will probably wait a little longer for the tool and stick to the 14.2. Maybe, and I hope that they reintroduce the tab.

Dial back the "inventive" hyperbole, eh? You have absolutely no idea how many "professionals" are "enraged" by the changes - and I know for an absolute fact that some are perfectly happy with the latest updates,

@ Alex Tuma - try to mark exactly as I have and check.

@Keith R - It irritates me as well, but maybe I'll get used to it.

Stupid idea. It worked VERY well before. Change for change sake.

Complete agreement. The new export makes everything more complex and less clear. I had export tools on the second monitor so I could quickly change options. This version is also full of bugs. One for all. The overlay tool does not work. It is perhaps the most important tool for those who create content for magazines. A big step to whine and I hope that the creators will realize it. We professionals need time to work not to solve program problems.

I totally agree, just downgraded back to 14.2.0.48 with a previous catalogue version after having severe issues with image previews and navigation in 14.3.1. I also submitted a bug report containing details (preview sizes changed, OpenCL on/off, database verified, zoom level changed, regenerated in many combinations, ...), hopefully there will be a response.
Here is a rather big image but you need it to see the blurry browser previews. The black box on the navigation is personal data related and not part of the bug issues. (open image in new tab)
Regards, P.
