Color Tag Rating not working

Is anyone else having issues when using the color tags to filter files? On the newest version of COne on Mac, when I try to change color tag ratings for files as part of my workflow, they just get changed back when I move to another file or select a different session albulm. Makes using smart albums a waste of time and removes the ability to use color tags as part of your workflow.

I have had to revert to version 21 which works fine.
