No automatic Conection to the camera

After changing the battery of my camera or just turn off the camera, I have to disconnect the camera from the computer otherwise  capture one reacts with a reporting "camera bug/mistake" (In German: Kamerafehler). That's it. Without dis-/connecting nothing works properly.
