Add to User Guide: Importing Session to Catalog alternative via Import Images
Add information/instructions to User Guide: alternative method to importing a Session into a Catalog using Import Images function, including information to check box for "Include Existing Adj's", Synchronizing in order to include Metadata, what to so with xmp files, plus any other useful info I'm not yet aware of.
The User Guide explains how to import a Session into a Catalog with File>Import Session and selecting the cossesiondb file. The problem with this is that you can only import ALL the images. I was looking for a way to be able to select which images to import and have discovered that the alternative is to use File>Import Images. From here it is possible to check or uncheck which images to import. However, this is not practical if you want to import hundreds of images out of thousands. In order to be able to select images by Rating, Tag, Keyword or any other Metadata, I have learned after much searching that you need to Synchronize the Metadata.
Could all this information please be added to the User Guide and/or a Tutorial so that all the time and effort I have spent is not repeated by others and so it's not just stored in a few people's heads? Sorry if it's already somewhere and I missed it.
I only learnt all this after after spending a huge amount of time, firstly checking the User Guide, watching many tutorials on Sessions and/or Catalogs by David Grover and others, and posting the question on the website Knowledge Base. But I only finally got the answer after posting the question in the Capture One Forum (thank you Michael Bothager)

Thanks a lot for the information you have provided about the 3D letters on a shelf text effect in Photoshop CC and everything related to it is available in the tutorial so it will be nice if you can share the tutorial link
