Very slow loading

Since updating to C1 v 22 it is taking several minutes for C1 to load images when I first open it. I get "Loading" and then have to wait. Doesn't matter if I use hardware acceleration or not.  Are others having this problem? Any suggestions to fix? Thanks.

  I know this problem. Maybe you are focussing on "All images" in your C1 explorer when opening a large catalog? Then it is rather a matter of gathering than a matter of loading - even when you have to wait in both cases.

  Thanks Ernst. I checked and I am focused on only one subfolder.

  There was another user in another post reporting that the folder hierachy will build up very slowly, and he could not work with C1 before that's finished, regardless what collection or folder selected when closing C1. If I remember right.

  That was me and I was actually discussing it with you from about a month ago and the problem is still there and I have run out of things to try. this is the original post C1 22 still slow loadng – Capture One

  Thanks Michael. Maybe this can be fixed in a program update.  I also sent a note to tech support so I'll post back if I learn more.

  Quick update: 2 weeks since I sent support request.  Haven't heard anything yet.
