Software Login Says "Incorrect Password"
I upgraded to Capture One Pro 22 and recieved my Licence Key. I am able to log into my online account and look at my profile and purchase history. The problem is when I try to log into Capture One for the first time to activate, the program responds with "Incorrect Password". My password is correct! This is very fustrating and a hugh waste of my time.
How do I resolve the "Incorrect Password" problem.

same problem, crazy. even reset password and still get incorrect password message, so am unable to open capture one

I have being paying capture one licence for several years... i just bought ipad pro.. but when i try to log in with my account i receive a red message: "incorrect password"
