I can tell you that if you read through the posts, you're not the first person to notice it. You should submit a request (button in upper-right of this screen) to add your voice to those who've already done it.

This impresses me as another example of Capture One's engineers tweaking features that have worked for years—and breaking them as a result. Last year's "Process is now Export" problem was the first one I know of, and a number of other "have worked since forever" features have gotten broken when they were "improved for usability". I wish they'd focus on new features and leave what's worked alone. Once upon a time, engineers worked by "if it's not broken, don't fix it". Seems like C1's new team doesn't think quite like that these days...

I submitted a request. They answered me that they are working on it. I just told them that, as a beta tester, I reported the bug twice at the first stage of the beta procedure......

@ Robert Farhi I experienced the same issue after the updating. However after deleting all preference files & batch queue and reinstalling all is good.

    Thanks Lotuso10,

What do you mean by "preference files" ? Do you mean the Info.plist ?

    Thanks

OK. I have tried deleting the preference files and the Queue Batch. No way, it doesn't work. I'll wait for the update, I am not in a hurry....

    Hi Robert

I delete any file that starts with com.captureone in User Library/preferences

Did you delete capture one and reinstall as well as deleting the preference files? This is how capture one recommended doing updates several versions back and I find it to sort a variety of problems..I am just so relieved it worked for me!

@Lotuso10 : Yes, thank you, that's exactly what I did, and it doesn't work for me. I think it strongly depends upon the harware and software configuration of the computer. Mine is old (MBP 15" late 2013) and runs using Big Sur.
