Subscription Invalid
When I open Capture One I am prompted with a dialog box which says "Your Capture One subscription appears to be invalid." I have the options to Cancel, Deactivate License or Retry.
I've tried "Retry" several times and have re-started the program as well.
Any help to get me running for the day would be greatly appreciated.

I am working with the trial version once I deactivate the license.3 -

Which version is it ? Have you upgraded from a previous one ? Do you own a perpetual license or a subscription ?
Depending upon the license you have, you could have to deactivate it, and then reactivate it, entering your license key.

I am having the same issue and when I go to re-input it; it still comes up as invalid... I've tried downloading again and still!

Sorry I should have included my software and hardware details.... 2020 16" MacBook Pro running Catalina with a perpetual Capture One license on build 15.2.0.77.

I have the same problem, tried many times. From account management I see a screen 'An email was sent with instructions for accessing your account' I haven't receive any email. Impossible to activate !!

Same thing I encountered just 30mins ago.

Same issue on my end -- this seems to be a major bug.
Also, in the brief moments where Capture One 22 works, the images added in the capture folder don't update or appear to be recognized.
Hope to get an answer soon, as deadlines are tight on assignments.

I was able to get C122 to run by going into my account and selecting "Reset all activations". It felt very risky....wasn't sure if this would make the problem worse. But so far so good. We'll see once I get on set this afternoon.
