    Come on Capture One, this is awful! I have the same problem, also when I log into my account it only shows me options to change my personal details. I can't see my subscription on there or any indication that I have a license and/or product.

    "Service update

    Our payment solution provider is currently experiencing server issues which unfortunately impact Capture One users.

    They are working on a solution - we will update on an ongoing basis and apologize for the inconvenience."

    I have the subscription version. I Deactivated the license and tried to re enter the license key now it says that the license is invalid

    Kind of poor from CaptureOne that you need a twitter account to get an update and that they don't do it here.

    I have the same problem, just kicked out of Capture One 22 and im running the latest version. We also have the Live add on but its not working and telling me to upgrade. I’m in the UK and was just about to do a live session with my team in the U.S so really stuffed my day up!!! Sort it out ASAP

    To be so dependent on an external provider for software activation is an aberration. So many photographers blocked by a server failure of the payment company is irresponsible.

    Capture one should change the license activation system to avoid this kind of problem.

    Me either, the exactly same problem. Come on Capture One, I need to work here. This software is not cheap to have this kind of problem.

    I Have the same issue, I bought my licenses almost a month ago, and now it's saying that it's not valid, it's affecting my deadlines majorly

    Same issue. Really dissapoinitng that Capture One can not keep their long standing loyal customers up to date through email, or even on the starting page of their website. Only found out about the Twitter comment through this discussion, an I like many others, do not use Twitter. .... On another note I am now on the Trial version which seems to be working fine.

    Same issue here with C1 15.1.2.1 on my '17 iMac and '17 MacBook Pro.

    For me the issue seems to come and go. The message will display during which I can't use the program at all. Next day for whatever reason it'll work fine. Then another day I'm getting the message again and can't utilize the software. Very frustrating

    I have the same problem on my laptop, stupidly I deactivated the computer now it says my license key is invalid, so I'm currently going round in circles.

    Same issue. Capture One 23 pro. Will deactivate and reactivate, hopefully.  Fingers crossed.

    I recently retired my old 12core 2012 Mac Pro and bought a M2 Ultra Mac Pro. C1 Pro does not work at all on the M2, no preview generation, just horrid pixelated blobs. It also will not respond to any edit attempt. I would move sliders all over the place and the abhorrent blobs of shite would not respond. So I then, removed the app and did a re-install. (Which btw, is the most ass-backwards process for subscription software. Imagine if Adobe made you manually remove and reinstall every piece of their software on your machine every time they issued an update? WTF y'all.) Anyhoo, after re-installing C1 Pro I get a message saying "Your Capture One subscription appears to be invalid" and I'm given the option to retry or deactivate my subscription. My subscription IS valid as it works just fine on my other machines. I am however inclined to think that perhaps the people running this shit show are in fact invalids.

    Capture One has always been a huge pain in the ass in one way or another but this is beyond the pale. Working professionals depend on this software to work and when it doesn't, its embarrassing and we lose clients. Just try imagine having to explain to a client, that is paying tens of thousands dollars a day why the crew is just standing around kraft services watching cat videos on their phones. Please get your shit together!
