SOLVED- "Shadow correction" adjusted after capture -but why??

I have the most random bug ever: When capturing while tethered the "shadow correction" is for some weird reason set to "30" -without me doing so!

The only way I know this could happen is the "Next Capture Adjustment" being set to "All Others -Copy Specific from Last", but this isn´t activated for the Dynamic Range Tool. (It also happens when set to Default)
Obviously the Adjustment Clipboard could play a part, but not on its´ own...
As far as I can see no other tool or setting is adjusted. 

Has anyone heard of a similar issue before or has an idea what tool or setting could cause this?

  Hi Peter,

  You might have saved this setting as a default by mistake. 

  Change the shadow to 0, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the tool panel and choose 'Save as defaults for Canon 5d MIV '

  That should solve it.
