Having the same issue. No photos open after latest update. Windows 10. Checked licensing and made sure everything was good. Capture One Pro.

I have the same problem you mentioned when viewing photos in the Grid view. When I change to the Browser view (photos on the side), I click on a photo and it quickly opens for editing.

Yep, same here. A double-click always opened the image for editing in grid view. Now it does not.

Is this a bug or or a new 'feature'?

Windows 11 all up to date.

Yes, agreed. It is irritating and such a simple thing to have missed in the latest update. Puzzling. Why didn't the beta testers pick this up?

Same issue here. I am running Capture One Pro 15.3.0.100 on a fully patched and up to date Windows 11 Pro.

    Clive Moody,

Same issue here, thought it was me to begin with, but now realise it's the update.

Same issue here. I submitted a bug report and got the following message.

"We are working our best to get to your issue as soon as possible. Unfortunately the ongoing war in Ukraine affects some of our Capture One team members. Our thoughts are with our staff located in Ukraine, and we are doing what we can to offer our support.
As our Ukraine team handles customer support and tech support requests, this means that there might be some delays in our response time. We truly appreciate your understanding."

I received the same exact message on a earlier bug request, which was closed by CO without any resolution.

Expect CO v24 to NOT run on Windows as CO is becoming an Apple only product.

CO V24? Do you have some inside knowledge of future plans, or have I missed something? Or is this pure conjecture?

If this is correct it is truly worrying.

FOR INFO - The latest update (15.3.1) now fixes this 'bug' In my install on a Windows 11 machine.

I received a message from CO about the Wacom tablet issues being fixed. Along with the Wacom issues, the double click/hitting "Enter" in the browser have also been fixed.

I was surprised at the message about 15.3.1 being released with the "fixes" as I received messages from CO that my two requests (double click - Wacom tablet issues) had been put on "hold" with no estimated fix schedule. I am really surprised that CO is even concerning itself with Windows now that they are primarily a Apple house.

I can confirm that, the issue is fixed in 15.3.1

I have just checked for updates. I have 15.3.0 but no updates on that version were found. Does anyone know why the up-date service has not found 15.3.1 update? Is this normal and if so, how do I update?

TonyB...sign in to your account and you will be able to download the new update from there.

Thank you Barry. I will do that.

The point I was making was that the 'Check for Updates' facility in Capture One does not flag up that an update is available; it says I am up-to-date. Without this forum I would not have known the update was available.

Is this another bug, or something specific for my download?

It must be a bug as several other users had the same experience as you.
