Capture Pilot not connecting.
On my last photoshoot, the capture pilot is not connecting and accessing the photos even though the server is running. Last few weeks ago, it was working seamlessly.
Capture Pilot can see the Server name but it is not going in the preview mode. Just loading (Pinwheel rotating).
I checked that my PC and iPad are on the same network. When it was not working, I reinstalled the Capture Pilot app and restarted my iPad. But it was still the same
Background:
I renewed my license Capture One License (Latest version: 22, Build 15.3.0)
My computer info: Windows 11 Home,
Processor : Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10510U CPU @ 1.80GHz 2.30 GHz
Installed RAM 16,0 GB (15,8 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Ipad Info: iPod Pro (12.9 inch) 5th Generation
Software Version: 15.6.1
When I try to use the web link/Local IP (192.XXX.X) on my laptop/PC, it works but on the iPad, it is just loading and after a white, it will state: This site can't be reached.
I really think the capture pilot is the problem. Do I miss a recommended setting? Or maybe a problem with my laptop/iPad? Any recommendations, advice, and tips are appreciated.

Same problem here on a new M1 MacBook Pro. Sometimes works at home, but almost NEVER when I’m on a job. Very frustrating!!

Try this !! I have the same problem as you, but now I can view photos in the APP smoothly. I solved the problem by turning off the firewall. After that, I reopened the firewall and reopened Capture One and Capture Pilot. The system asked me if I wanted to. Allow the application to pass through Windows Defender Firewall, after you choose to agree, you will see the photo appear on the iPad

Good suggestion Mo, but I'm on a Mac so there's no Windows Firewall. I still have the same problem. :-(
