Please help me!!! iMac M1 processor

My computer is iMac which is based on M1 processor.
If you use canon camera 5d mark4, the camera cannot be connected.
I want to know how to solve this problem.

  Hello there,
  
  Make sure that EOS utility is not running when you connect the camera with Capture One. Uninstall it if necessary

  You can do that yes. Reset the camera to its factory settings as well might help you.

  Best practice is to make sure you have current firmware for the 5D Mark IV. 

  What Mac OS? What Version of Capture 22?
