Automatically resize and move viewer

Is there a way if a second monitor is detected to create a floating viewer window, move it to the second monitor, rotate to match screen orientation and full screen the window from an On run app style script?

 

I realise thats a lot, I'm just curious if its even a thing!

  I use Windows but... why do you need to run a script?
  Can't you just create a dual monitor C1 Workspace?

  I use Keyboard Maestro and applescript to achieve exactly that.
  - Open viewer
  - Move viewer to second screen (or main)
  - set viewer to fullscreen
  - set viewer options (showing tool tabs, labels, browser, etc. )
