Leica Q2 Monochrom crop mode not applied to DNG

When shooting in crop mode, either 35mm, 50mm or 75mm, the crop is not applied (non destructive that is) to the DNG file when I import it into Capture One, it always shows the full image.

Lightroom for instance applies the crop to the DNG and you can then reset the crop to the full image or manipulate the crop to your liking but Capture One does not. Is this normal behaviour?

Running Capture One 22 v15.4.1.7 on macOS 12.6 on an 2021 16" MacBook Pro M1 Pro.

  Capture One does the same thing with Fuji RAW files.  If I use a crop ratio other than full size, CO ignores the ratio and displays the image full size.

  The JPGs are displayed with the captured ratio though.

  Thanks Leon. Now i at least know that it’s not a bug. Will be putting in a feature request for this.

  In the mean while, looks like it’s shooting RAW + JPG then so that I can base the crop for the RAW file from what I’ve effectively shot.
