You log in to your account at the Capture One website and go to the Download page.

So do you have a licence code after purchasing the software? (Probably sent to you in an email.)

If you log on to your account you should get this. (With your name, not mine, of course.)

If you click that button you should see this.

Click the blue button at the lower right.

When you have downloaded it, install from the .dmg file in the usual Mac way. When you then open the app, you will be asked for the licence code.

    Thank you for your helping.

I bought Capture One 23 and I see I can't use this version of the application with my version of mac.

The Capture One 22 trial  works. I downloaded this version and put the license key and still when I open the software it shows me it is a trial.

    What can I do?

I think you have to deactivate the trial (from the Capture One menu go to Licence...)  then when you close and reopen the app you should be able to enter the key.

Yes. Is that the licence code you got when you made your purchase? Or the one for the trial. (Do they still use a licence code for the trial?)

Another question, my Mac version 10.14.6... can I even work with Capture One 22?

And why I have trial license after I bought?

    From the table here

    https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002466277-Capture-One-system-requirements-and-OS-support

it looks as though Capture One 21 supports MacOS 10.14.6, but Capture One 22 requires 10.15. (That means that 22 would be unsupported - whether or not it would actually run, I don't know. Does the trial version you have been using run OK?)

I don't know why you have the trial version. But if the licence code in your screen shot is not he licence code you paid for, you should deactivate the trial and reactivate with your proper code, as I suggested. The downloaded file is the same either way - how it runs depends on the code.)
