Capture One Live Images look too soft

Wondering if anyone can help. I have set up a couple of capture one live links recently and the images on the link look soft vs what they actually look like. Is there anyway around this.  My assistant is helping me cull remotely and sometimes she can't tell if it's actually out of focus or just that live link.  Any suggestions?
