SOLVED: Server incident - 28/02/23
Hi all,
Over the last twenty minutes or so we have discovered an issue with the server, which is preventing you from buying, signing-in, signing-up, or activating software.
We're working hard on a fix and hope to be back up and running very shortly.

I'm having this issue right now in a continuous loop trying to active CaptureOne. Is it a new problem or a continuation of this issue?

I have the same problem as Jeff. Apparently the problem is still there and needs quick fixing. I have the latest version of Capture One and I'm using Mac.
