They are compressed RAW (cRAW). My camera only supports that and full RAW. All the other folders containing the same format show up properly.

No greyscale. They are all standard Canon CR3 images straight out of the camera. I have lots of other similar images in different folders and they are all found properly.

I tried that earlier. The image files are still not recognised. I can't think what might be wrong with the image files as I can open them in other programs. Perhaps I'll ask Support.
