Just saw this thread is 8 months old, I would expect a bug like this had been adressed and solved way faster, since it's a problem in a production workflow

This happens for me as well, 13.1.2.37, and it did in the prior version as well :(, have turned hardware acceleration of, which solved the problem, but it would be nice capture one that it wasen't ...
