Of course they don't act the same, that's precisely why there are two options, as I said.

Yes, it's definitely because of your old version. If you're also using a non-Sony camera, you'll need the full Pro version of CO 11. All the upgrade options are listed on the website.

If you tick autoadjust in the import dialog, then yes.

Apart from basic adjustments such as cropping, Lightroom's adjustments are not compatible with Capture One's algorithms and therefore not imported.

Delete them from within Capture One, not in the Finder. Or ask it to synchonize.

If the two cameras had their time and date correctly set, you don't need to do anything : just import everything and sort by time of capture.
