I'm not sure what happened but this time when I opened C1 9 my edits are now there. Not sure if it took a while for them to import? Problem solved for me.

Thanks Grant, The first thing I tried was CTRL-Z but that did not bring them back. I'm new to C1 and still trying to get acclimated to the product and trying to find a workflow that works for me....
