I was turning permissions on and off, manually importing images - trying anything - and suddenly I am able to import to my new external hard drive. But I don't know what I did to make this happen -...

Hi Keith I also checked C1 Preferences-Images - permissions are all ticked. Any other ideas of what to do?   Sharon
