Never mind - I found a workaround for this problem ..( starting in trial mode and then choosing DB from prefs worked OK )

Ok , I was wrong , The price is almost double for HD even here Sorry .Still, archiving and backup is much more time consuming for DVDs.I think it is worth it .( said that I make a DVD copy anyway )...
