I had the issue also occur in 15.3.1 today, so not fixed as noted. Yes, we are the beta testers.

I tried the same thing after having user interface scaling problems in v15.3. I reinstalled v15.2 and it fails to open after a reboot - nothing happens at all when I try to launch it. Had to return...

I have the same problem here on C1 v15.3 on Windows 10 . I will open a support case too. v15.2 works without any issues.
