Panasonic has the SDK for tethering available Capture One is just being lazy and not implementing it because there aren't that many Panasonic shooters https://av.jpn.support.panasonic.com/support/g...

Honestly this really sucks. I just bought a Panasonic camera for video but It's likely going to be a backup camera for my photo work. Not being able to tether it in Capture One is a huge unexpected...
